The hucksters

The hucksters have moved indoors, off the cobblestone streets onto linoleum floors in large indoor markets. They have set themselves up in little stations before busy shoppers. The produce section can handle itself. What’s now being peddled are not peas, corn, beans, apples, bananas, cucumbers or potatoes. Oh, no….huckstering has evolved. Continue reading
