Wild breakfast granola

When you gotta get going in the morning, you want something quick and wholesome, but you don’t have time, here’s an idea I find very satisfying. It’s crunchy, sweet, healthy and filling. And it takes just a couple minutes (3 minutes tops) if you throw your ingredients together once for the week.

¾ cup rolled oats
1/8 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/8 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup sesame seeds
1/8 cup raisins
2 tblsp dried cranberries
2 tblsp flaxseeds
1/8 cup chopped walnuts
Chopped apple
Agave nectar

Mix dry ingredients and store in refrigerator.
Use ¼ to 1/3 cup as a single serving. Add chopped apple, as desired. Mix. Drizzle with Agave nectar.

Makes enough for about a week.

Other fruit like peaches, pears, etc may be substituted for apple
